UK’s first modern macrobiotic health spa

Our mission was to put the UK’s first macrobiotic health spa on the media map and drive bookings. Working as a consultancy partner with its founders, Rain delivered a comprehensive appraisal of Penninghame’s offering, brand positioning and unique selling points and devised the strategy for effective communication of these messages to consumers and the media. Following an intensive media relationship building exercise, targeting lifestyle, health, travel, beauty and food journalists, Rain then established a group of media ambassadors to become advocates of Penninghame House and its modern macrobiotic philosophy. We have since delivered features in publications including The Sunday Times, The Independent, Marie Claire, Tatler, and the Daily Mail.
