Rain launched a sophisticated B2B campaign for Springboard, the leading retail footfall monitoring organisation, in April 2011, positioning it as the independent expert on the health of UK High Streets. Utilising a previously untapped media resource – Springboard’s National High Street Index, which measures monthly footfall to 85 towns and cities around Britain. We worked with Springboard’s analysts to turn facts into headlines. Rain secured widespread national broadcast and print coverage. In just 24 hours, the story was featured on BBC Breakfast, BBC Radio 5 Live’s Wake Up to Money, the Today programme, Good Morning Scotland, with further coverage in the Times and the Daily Telegraph.
